The housekeeping team did an excellent job. Our room received daily care and was consistently neat. The staff always assisted when i wanted anything. I found everyone polite and available.

the location was good. many veg restaurants are very close by. i also found some dirham shops nearby. this made it easy to get what i needed.
The bathroom was not clean enough. it requires refurbishment. there was no hotel parking.

The staff was ALWAYS smiling and ready to assist. They helped with early check-in, which i REALLY appreciated. The rooms were clean, spacious and big enough for our needs. The location is great. Everything we needed was nearby.
The gym was locked at times. Access was not always available.

the location was unbeatable! access to the metro and buses was super convenient. this made getting around and seeing the sights SO easy. the staff was always ready with a smile and eager to help, that was awesome!!! our room was super clean and the housekeeping kept everything very tidy.
the gym was a little small, it only had a few machines.

breakfast included a variety of options!!! i saw a continental selection plus indian dishes. fresh fruit, yogurt, and croissants were available every morning, i enjoyed it. the restaurant staff were attentive.

I loved that my room was clean and spacious! new towels arrived every day, i really appreciated that. the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was SO comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile!
the pool is rather small, more suited for little kids. it closes in the evenings.
